Payment and Refund Policy

Our fee structure, payment validity and refund terms, explained clearly.

Last Updated: August 2026

We are a specialized law firm exclusively handling mutual divorce cases. Because mutual divorce requires the agreement of both parties, we advise consulting your spouse before filling out our divorce form.

Our process follows four clear steps:

Step 1: Fill out our mutual divorce form.
Step 2: Receive your mutual divorce petition and settlement terms.
Step 3: File your case in court for the first motion.
Step 4: Complete the final hearing for the second motion and secure your divorce decree.

Validity of Payments

Any payment made is valid for 6 months to complete the specific task for which it was paid. This means:

  • If the form is filled today, confirmation of both spouses must be received within 6 months.
  • If the second payment is made, the mutual divorce petition must be finalized within 6 months.
  • If the third payment is made, the mutual divorce case must be filed within 6 months.
  • If the fourth payment is made, the final hearing must be completed within 6 months.

Once the validity period of a payment has expired, that payment must be made again in full to proceed.
